Mentoring the Research and Development Cell at Ashoka Group of Schools. The Cell conducts extensive research on AI platforms and tools for educators and develops an integrated, inquiry-based curriculum aligned with NEP 2020.

Research & Development Milestones

• Developed a Universal Competency Matrix and expanded it further into age-appropriate competencies. Collaborated with educators for Foundational Years curriculum and Competency Based Diagnostic Assessments.
• Academic Year 2025-2026: Developed Concept Matrix capturing progression across grades 1-10 for all subjects including Art and Sports. Added creative teaching-learning and assessment strategies.
• Developed the Annual Pedagogical Plan, a guiding document for educators across grades 1 to 12 for varied subjects ranging from English to Sports.
• June 23rd 2025: Conducted online session ‘Leadership that Listens, Empowers and Transforms: Reimagining the Role of School Heads’ for Cambridge Teachers of Tomorrow.
