Affiliation to Different Boards (ICSE, CBSE, Cambridge, IB)

All academic preparations and setting up of systems and processes towards affiliation with a national or international board

Curriculum and Syllabus

  • Design curriculum and syllabus plans (macro or annual/ term wise/ monthly and micro or day wise/ unit wise/ lesson wise) including assessments and examinations for all grades from Nursery to Grade 12 for teachers to execute in the classroom throughout the academic sessions
  • Reviewing curriculum, training modules and all content developed by curriculum/ content team to suggest improvements

Teacher Capacity Building

  • Training of teachers to understand the curriculum and syllabus prescribed by the affiliating board and develop academic plans at macro and micro level including assessments and examinations
  • Training of teachers to understand varied teaching-learning approaches, strategies and classroom activities to create active-interactive learning as per mandate of NEP 2020
  • Training of all staff on NEP 2020
  • Training of teaching team on alignment with mandates, guidelines and expectations of the affiliating boards including teaching practices and internal/ external assessments and board examinations

School / Academic Quality Audit

Conducting a 360◦ audit of academic plans, academic and administrative processes as well as practices of a school, following a system’s approach to gauge the level of maturity, analyse gaps and propose ways to bridge the gaps and improve quality of the school system

Capacity Building of School Leadership (Principal, HM, Coordinators, HoDs)

Training, guidance and handholding of school leadership team towards implementing quality education systems and practices with focus on continuous improvement
